Can you show the console you bought? How much of the wall does it fill up?

Are all your paint colors the same?

What colors are you using in your home?

Beautiful home, congratulations on the one year anniversary. =)

Some art suggestions:

I just had a look at the Griffin console on PB website and its gorgeous! I didn't check the length of it, but it has a substantial look, so it will hold its own on that wall. Above it, I would hang a large piece of art to match the grand proportions of your space. Try not to fill every nook and cranny with several smaller objects. Just a few statement pieces will speak for themselves. I don't even know if I would put a chair over there because its so far from your front door, it wouldn't really get used. Not sure where your coat closet is, but that's usually where you would have a chair.

You have a beautiful home by the way. I have fireplace envy! I can see your beautiful French country fireplace peeking at me, taunting me...

When I first saw the front door, I thought there must be turrets or a tower built onto this house! That's a very unusual piece you've bought.
Lighting options:
I checked out the Griffin rope chandelier (not available) from the Griffin range and came up instead with some that are in keeping with the style of your space and console table.

Love the chandelier choices! I see a recessed light that looks about centred over that wall where your console would go. It would be worth converting it so you can hang a chandelier. It will help fill the large space and make a great focal point as you enter the house.

Beautiful home ! I am obsessed with your entryway, the door is amazing. If you are considering filling your walls with any art take a look at some of the pieces I have available. I offer custom pieces as well. Cheers !

Thank you denamfridborg...would you like some assistance choosing art sizes? What type of work do you like?

Good ideas, a chandelier, large mirror, piece of art, and maybe a coat rack. Seems like the space needs a runner carpet for the grand entry also. The small carpet does nothing for the grand entry. You could put a red carpet for all your guest to enter. They would feel like stars on the red carpet.

Wow! What a beautiful home! And what a massive entryway! I would consider installing a chandelier and then add a beautiful showstopper rug. This ideabook has some great ideas:
