need bed and desk in 2nd bedroom

Right sized to new home - 2nd bedroom will need to be guest bed and office. What are the dimensions of the room for this Murphy bed?

The bed (Queen size) is 95" tall including the moulding at the top, the bed extends out 95" when down and the side cabinets are 24" wide each added to the width of the Queen bed, which is 65.5" for a total width of 113.5" wide. The Bed cabinet is 20" deep when up and the backless sofa is 35" deep, so the unit projects 55" when the bed is closed. This unit suits a room with a fair amount of length.
