Did you look into getting real wood in the rooms that don't already have it and having it stained to match the rooms where it already is? It's hard for me to get behind removing real wood flooring and replacing it with LVP. I have LVP in my basement, but I would not put it on my first floor. I am mystified by the popularity of it used this way. While it does in a sense mimic wood, there is no way anyone is really going to mistake it for wood.

Agree to replace with matching wood if possible and darker grey/ slate color in wet areas (front door).

Kandrew, replacing the floors with real wood is very expensive for a home that will eventually convert to a rental. And the existing hard flooring is laminate. I am not concerned whether someone will notice or not notice it's not real wood. Btw, I considered engineered wood flooring, and it was very expensive.

Did you make a selection? Considering the reviews on Lowes I would go with the Flooret. Flooret has a thicker wear layer if that really matters also the planks are longer. Balboa is so new it is difficult to know how good it is...
