My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Has anyone installed Coretec Advanced + line? i saw other posts talking aboht its seaming prolem but just wonder how the overall experience is considering durability? With the mineral core is the Advanced + tougher than the Pro Plus which has the SPC? Anyone has pictures of the color Charter Oak?
