Hello, I purchased this hall tree from an auction. I’ve wiped vacuumed and wipe down thoroughly with vinegar and cloth. I’m curious what else should I do?

If I don’t plan to stain, can I seal? What’s the recommendation or recommended product to use? I am also planning to wipe it down with some old English oil tomorrow.

This is the first time trying to “restore” wood. Accepting all advice. Thank you very much!
