What a beautiful post! The clumps of Tattered Heart and Morning Mood wow me the most, but all of these are nice. Royal Extravaganza seems to be more blue purple in your photo than most photos that I see showing red purple and less of an edge. It's nice to see Natalie Antoinette. I miss mine. It died from grub predation four years ago.

WOW ! What beautiful lilies, I love them all. We can grow some nice ones in Ohio can't we. Glad we finally got some rain, that helps alot.

I agree about Tattered Heart and Morning Mood. Glowing Quasar and Royal Extravaganza also caught my eye.

An every day display of Morning Mood would be a welcome sight. Soli Deo Gloria and Royal Extravaganza are both lovely no matter if the names are switched. Glowing Quasar does seem to glow. Black Fury is very striking1 Such a color!. And Tattered Heart makes a very nice clump.

Ah! I lost my Soli deo Gloria. It had been doing good, blooming away, my son's dog jumped on it breaking its scapes and it started yellowing and died quickly. I was thinking Royal Extravaganza might be a good replacement if I decide not to get Soli again.

Nancy, after several years, Soli Deo is still three fans here. But its blooms have been generally clean this year, typical of blooms in general here.

Mantis - I only wish my Soli Deo Gloria looked like yours. What a beauty! It's usually very splotchy here. Mine is still two fans after three years. It's been an enormous disappointment for me. I'm giving it one more year to shape up or ship out. I wanted it for hybridizing, but pods on it always abort.

The picture you added of the real Royal Extravaganza does look like what I've seen before. It's very pretty!

Well, Karol said that a commercial firm is propagating Soli. Good luck, as it is a very slow increaser. However, not like Rose Kennedy, whose bloom I never much cared for, and which dwindled in size. Soli's blooms can be splendid, though scapes are not that tall.

Soli had wonderful blooms here, the 1st couple blooms were splotchcy, and of course, if it rain or really heavy dew, that affected it, but the majority blooms were nice. Mine went from 2 fans to 3 in the 2 years I had it. I could handle that, and may still repurchase it. But then, I like Rose F k. It has gone from 2 fans to 6 in 3 years and I think it looks very impressive.

Lots of beautiful ones! I like how dark Black Fury is. Tattered Heart looks so pretty. But my favorite is this wonderful clump of Morning Mood.

The only 'No Show' daylily for me this year is Soli Deo Gloria, almost died so a year off for it again. When others are doing SO good, one of the best seasons.

Nat, you are in Iowa, are you not? Yes, I think that many gardens in the North, if they got adequate water, are having a very good season. Not certain why. I think the winter was friendly, though cold.

Black Fury is fairly recent and clearly not as vigorous as Night Wings. Not sure how it will be performing in the future. So far, not tall either, but not below the foliage. Tattered Heart and Morning Mood are reliable performers here.
