Lighting the basement---same. temp or different from the other floors?

New construction. We have recessed lighting in the main floors all set to 3500K. For the basement I am wondering if I should stick with 3500K or change to 4000K. 4000K because I am thinking that the basement doesn't receive any daylight during the day. However, I am concerned how our eyes will perceive the transition at night. Thoughts?

    I have 4000K everywhere in my home I like that it mimics daylight with no yellow cast .
