Help finding this tile

Hi all,

i saw a picture of this tile on an old Houzz thread from four years ago. the post it was from refrenced Edgewater tile a custom tile place in Canada, but i dont see this tile on thier aite. before i call them, i wondered of tjere any Houzz super sleuths who can find it or something

like it?

This is definitely a beautiful design. I tried to look it up but don't have any luck on finding the same exact design. I read some articles about it too since this tile got quite an attention. But the links on the articles were all broken.
