My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Designer Genes, move or let be?

This is second year for me with this hosta. As you can see, it burned badly as did many others with the heat this year. It gets only a little late morning sun and then some late afternoon sun.

In Spring it looked like this:


Now it looks like this:


It’s got a good second flush and is even going to flower. This pic taken a couple of days ago.

    I actually went back through some pics I took of garden lighting a couple of weeks ago. I see it is definitely getting too much sun. From 8 a.m. until 11 for sure and even later. It sits right on the of my ”sun line” in the front. So it will be moved once it’s bloomed.
