Looks like morning glory to me too. Must be a lot of seeds in there. Just keep killing them off.

It shouldn't be necessary to poison sprouts, they come out so easily, just pull. Sprouts as delicate as those could probably be raked to death. Scuffling the surface with a rake, or even your shoe, should damage them beyond recovery.

When I pull them just the stem cones off,no root at all. I must of sprayed 50 of them already.

If you hoe, or simply cut, them off at the seed leaf stage, before they have any true leaves, they will die. No need to keep using herbicide on them. That’s potentially dangerous for the Magnolia if it comes into contact with the poison.
