My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

in search of solid stone birdbath

looking for a pedestal one - preferably rough carved but open to look at anything. mail order is not an option due to weight but if anyone knows of a source or has seen one in NH/MA/south ME, i am open to a road trip to check it out
