I've looked through this forum and there isn't a ton of info on range hood inserts! Does anyone have experience with Imperial vs. Windster? Any other good mid-priced brands to consider? I did find some discussion on Kobe and how they look nice for the short term but appear to have long term problems. We need a 30 inch insert above our Bosch dual fuel range with about 600+ CFM for our custom wood range hood. Vent-a-hood is pricey, I'd like to find something for less money if possible that isn't garbage! It appears that we don't need a liner, per my cabinet vendor...they are making our hood and need our insert selection before completing it.
