Think outside the box for this. Look at second hand shops, antiques, and custom woodworking places. Many years ago when I had my first apartment, I designed a table for myself that would house basic items (Klennex, pen, paper) when I sat down to watch tv. A local custom woodworking place made it for me. I use it to this day. It has two shelves and two drawers. What will you be using the end tables for?

So here are some pics of the space so far. I mainly just need spots for people to set down drinks from every seat. The reason there is nothing on that one side is there is a lake view there and an open plan to another room. anything there seems to block the view. and changing the angle of the recliner sort of messes up its view for whoever is in it.

So I was thinking about moving the coffee table to the other sofa opposite the fireplace and then "de-centering" the one from the window (move it closer to the wall by a few inches) and flank it with small tables. I found some chinese C-tables on Amazon that are small enough but the wood was too red and it got Terrible reviews. Ideally i wouldnt mind matching some sort of color/theme to that coffee table so it doesnt seem out of place.

Most American furniture is more the scale of your rocker/recliner, rather than your sofa and and that's while bigger tables are commonplace.

Try looking at Room and Board, they have some things that are more scaled to midcentury modern sized furniture. Or look at vintage.

When I needed a low table for somebody I bought a table at IKEA and cut the legs down, doing something like that could work.
