So you lost a bedroom and gained some wasted space batroom .I hate freestanding tubs they are a PIT to ge tin and out of and I would do a nice tub / shower with a deep soaking tub and a much larger vanity . Can you post all the meaurements . You can do a new window made for a shower . Can the toilet be moved or was that there already ?

Here’s an idea. That’s the toilet under the window and shower and tub on the solid wall.

There are bathrooms that have windows in the shower. So, what about on the 10' wall putting the shower. You can put the tub on the other window wall and the toilet and sink on the solid wall across from the shower. The entry would be from the hallway.

I'm not sure why you say a wasted space bathroom? I prefer a freestanding tub as I hate showering in the tub.. So I much prefer to have them separate, but am open to a tub that's attached to the wall as in the photo below, would that work you think? The toilet can be moved.

Here are the window placements and the door can go anywhere on the window-free short wall (my preference) or on the long wall in the corner against that window-free short wall.
