bloodline pods tend to abort after 2-4 weeks. i let it go open pollinated. i have gotten 2 seedlings from it. they weren't blushers, ...go figure. but i crossed one back to bloodline, maybe it will reinsert blushing and fertility ...or not.

it has 2 siblings that are pod fertile. those get hammered pretty hard.

Sorry this posted twice……not sure why…. Lindalana I don’t do pod crossing, probably too much work and I don’t have space when planting begins. I am just into hosta flowers, especially dark purple ones….. love them all really.

Nice purple flowers! Bloodline's flowers remind me of First Blush's flowers. So pretty!

It has siblings that are blooming now too.
