My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The fasica is a painted engineered panel (hardie-trim is the most common). There is a few inches of metal flashing above at the roofing. All of that in in-line with our framing and the brick is proud of that with a flashing cap at the top of it.
