Picture is kinda off looking..very tight space..

Turning this into an Airbnb by the beach… little shotgun kitchen with this dining area opposite, located by living room and side door…

I suggested just a round table with chairs, or a bench along back wall coming around a corner, with rectangular table in front, and some chairs on opposite side…kinda keeping like a breakfast nook area…unsure of size I can get away with..but thought a 42-48 circle might work? Haven’t calculated the rectangular one out for my idea..need help with these

my friend wants a long skinny table with end butting up to back wall that can seat six and was going to look for 58” x 28-30” tables…
Good thing is we have plenty of area for a big farmhouse table on screened in patio that can seat a lot more people

House can sleep 6 + 2-3 kids (king, 2 queen, couch and daybed)
