Too bad the local company doesn't have a closer on their sales staff.

Joseph, have you aware if they do quality installs? My window salesperson through them had only two pictures to show me.

If the pricing is the same and the reviews check out as equal, factory authorized all day. And would expect them to say anything else? As Joe said they should have given you reasons why they are better, not slam the other guy. Giant red flag for me.

Thanks! He even said that Marvin Replacement had to go to Craig’s List because they couldn’t find good installers since the pay is so low. He also said that they hired a crew from Marvin and fired them because they didn’t live up to their company standards. The thing I do find strange is how Marvin Replacement has very photos of their work to show. All this made me a mess making this decision under Marvin’s time line.
