It is not getting enough light. Window is not enough. Most succulents need minimum 6hrs of direct light, prefferably more. Leaves are opening up in order to get as much light as possible. They are also loosing color. Either put it outside if possible, or consider lights...plant needs to be acclimaed to better light. Not sure what caused the crack. What kind of soil is it potted in? White 'bump' looks similar to a mealy bug, but I can't see it well enough to be sure...Clear close-up photo may help.

That just looks like a healed over physical injury like a scratch or bump.

@homenewbie23 - Plant sap carries the water, nutrients, photosynthate (sugar), and other biocompounds to all the plant's living parts. After the wound occurred, the plant's internal water pressure forced sap to leak from the wound. When the sap was exposed to air, the water in the sap evaporated and left behind all that was dissolved in it.

Maple syrup is a product of sugar maple sap with a large fraction of water boiled off to concentrate the sugars and other sap contents. As water continues to evaporate from maple syrup, it turns to maple sugar. What you are seeing on your plant leaf is a combination of all the solids that were dissolved in the sap, left behind after the water evaporated.
