Relocating powder room. in 1896 Victorian. Room is small, about 40 square feet. Water closet will be under staircase. Using a Toto AP toilet and Geberit 2x6 construction in wall tank to save about 10". Ceiling height ranges from 5' to 10' 6" under staircase and is 32" wide. Balance of room is full 10' 6" height. Vanity area is 4' 6" wide and 3' 6" deep. There are no windows. Door is full 7' high and 32" wide. Will be moving heater vent to the left side. Have not decided on a 36" or 48" vanity.

The dilemma is lighting. So far, the only lighting is a three light chandelier using 4.5 watt leds. Have wired for two sconces, but having trouble deciding if they need shades or not. Considering the Uttermost Alenya, but can not be shipped to California for some insane reason. Under consideration are Camille Alabaster, Bryant White Glass, Gellert, and Barbara Barry.
