Can you post a picture of that side of your house from the inside and outside?

I have grids on my french doors and not on windows and really never thought about it or disliked. I guess it depends on how you personally feel and have the budget to replace. I doubt no one but yourself will probably notice or care. Perhaps live with for a bit before you decide. Here is an example I found on Pinterest.

Do you see the French doors with the muntins and the windows without from the curb? If so, I would keep all the same as your home looks quite traditional.
