Try the sectional in the bay window area. It looks looks pretty flexible for arranging. Put the swivels on either side of the fireplace.

Once you have decided where to put the sectional, then measure for the rug. Make it large enough so all front legs are on the rug.

I don't know the maker but that fabric (ish) is very hip and fashion forward according to House of Valentina. So I am thinking it is pretty new and could well be custom. I agree it's too close to the fireplace. Setting there it really makes that room seem small.
