Cottons Eco (with the small symbol) uses a lower temperature and less water, but runs longer to somewhat compensate. It's the cycle on which the energy label is based on.

Typically, the Synthetics cycle is used for permanent press clothes. Alternatively, you could use the Mix cycle. The idea here is to be able to quickly wash an average (daily) load of cotton and synthetic fibers in one go.

The user manual A Mat linked is not for the specific model of question. It shows a selector knob with text labels, not symbols, and the cycle arrangement clearly is different.

I found model Crown model CR6081AR on the Israeli website of Digital Electric, presumably in Hebrew, when searching a week ago. I selected to translate the text to English but didn't see a link for a user instruction manual.

Thank you @A Mat. It is not the same model as I have (namely, it has words for the different cycle types instead of just symbols - which was my main question, what each symbol means), but maybe it will be helpful to understand the different cycles.
