GE double wall ovens: Advantium technology vs. traditional

In anticipation of our kitchen renovation we purchased GE Profile appliances on 12/28/21, knowing they would take a while to arrive. Fast forward to today, 9/8/22, our kitchen is complete minus our wall ovens and cooktop. We were just informed that they won't be in until the end of November!! Our sales rep offered a different GE oven combo that is in stock and I'd like your opinion on the advantages/disadvantages of the two.

We bought a GE Profile 30in combination double wall oven with convection and advantium technology. The top oven has 5 cooking modes and uses "advantium" technology. The bottom oven uses "true European convection" technology. https://www.geappliances.com/appliance/GE-Profile-30-in-Combination-Double-Wall-Oven-with-Convection-and-Advantium-Technology-PT9800SHSS

We are being offered a GE 30in combination double wall oven which is in stock and will fit in the cabinet cut-out. The top oven is a microwave and the bottom oven is a traditional electric oven. https://www.geappliances.com/appliance/GE-30-Combination-Double-Wall-Oven-JT3800SHSS#reviews

Thoughts on the reliability, ease of use, and functionality of the different cooking options.

Thanks, Kathy
