Ooh! You’re right! Sorry about that! They came like this in a PDF from our landscape architect and I can’t seem to blow them up. 🤔 I just wondered from an aesthetic perspective.

Hopefully your landscape architect addressed aesthetics - that's why you hired them :-) And how well they mesh with your aesthetics. No one else's opinion is relevant !!

Ummm…ok

There seems to be a disconnect between the greenery of the rendering and the lack of covered shelter space such as the bar/ window with seating. Does it rain where you live? Is it hot; then planters will need more water?

Can you walk between the pool edge and the planters to clean (pressure wash?) the planters?

Those are fabulous questions!! We would like to put one of those aluminum louvered pergolas there but want to wait until we see how everything looks. We get a little rain but not bad at all. Great point about the planters. What do you think about the composite or porcelain wood looking deck part? Do you like the look? Too choppy?

Hard to discern differences between the two since the photos are so small.

I would not want porcelain as a pool deck material if children will ever be using the pool. Very slippery when wet. Other than that, cannot see the plans well enough to judge.

I am going to be using Millboard decking which doesn't get as hot as composite decking and is not slippery.
