No it does not. They look like aluminum windows in a bay configuration? If so I do not have mich experience with them but like you I know when things look sloppy. For sure the screws should be lower to be hidden by trim, rivets would help keep the profile down . The aluminum angled filler piece looks to wide. Looks like they fit inserts into an existing bay?

Yes , it is aluminum windows in a bay configuration. That aluminum-angled filler looks like a Mickey Mouse's job to me. I believe it hides an uneven space between windows . The two windows touch on the bottom but are 1/2" apart on the top, hence the wide profile.

Outside is also aluminum angle . That is another installation issue by itself . When it is wind they are whistling, and they are not having enough screws. Under the sun the aluminum buckled away creating gaps..

Actually it part ad parcel to the same kludge. Without more info tough to tell but I would say the windows were not ordered the correct size, application is not correct for what was ordered or the installer is a complete hack. Could be any of the above or a melting pot of all 3.
