My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    They were built by Thomas Ricci Custom Cabinetry out of Lexington, KY. He did the cabinets as well as the walnut bar top.
    We use him almost exclusively because he does top notch work and is always happy to do very specialized custom things that almost no other cabinet makers are willing to tackle. For example, the beam in this image I have attached was made out of a solid piece of wood which Thomas Ricci selected, rough milled, and stained to perfectly match a piece of antique furniture the customer owned.
