Help with tile floor!

I was having a hard time getting a white (assumed hard water stain from a plumbing leak) stain/mineral build up off of our bathroom floor.


I just used CLR, a brush, and a steam mop. It looked great while doing it and the steam mop head is brown from everything it picked up.


Now that it’s drying, it looks white like I spread everything around! Please help, what did I do wrong?
