This is the second time we had tiles fitted in our kitchen and i just want some advice on if it done right or am i just being picky?

i am unsure on the trim edges not being flushed and even with tiles around. some areas have it flushed others dont.

it hasnt been grouted yet but some of the gaps between tiles are larger than others. seems like spacers havent been used everywhere as they even fall out as the gaps are that big. tiles under cabinets are cut uneven so the grouting line wont be straight.

is there supposed to be a grouting line near trims and if so should it be in a straigh, even line? please someone advise me as i am certain this isnt right and its not a specialist standard of a job?
