From your photo, are you able to turn dining room table other way and move living room furniture closer toward tv. Pretty pictures on each side of tv?

Not enough information or photos provided. What is at the end of the dining table? Looks to be double height windows of some sort. We really need to see all walls of both dining and living areas to be helpful. Your question has no context except that you have a big wall and are not making the best use of it. That leads one to suspect you may not be making the best of the rest of your space or furniture. If you hired a designer/decorator to help you, you wouldn't blindfold them and expose them to only the TV wall. Visual context is needed to get a visual solution. You do want the room to look better, right?

I agree, rotate the dining table 90 degrees to allow more space in the living room. Try this...an easy experiment you can do right now. Tweak it till it looks balanced.

Move the TV console to about a foot from the window. Move the sectional and its carpet out from the wall so the ottoman is centered on the TV. A floating seating arrangement.

On each side of the TV create a design moment. Move the armchair, foot stool, floor lamp and blanket ladder to the wall space to the left of the TV, the armchair and stool at an angle toward the sectional. Put art on the wall there. Perhaps a gallery display or one good sized piece.

To the right of the TV in the corner, have a grouping of indoor plants, plant stands and your tree. They will love the light and be appropriate in that spot.

I just looked again at that blanket ladder. It is quite substantial. If it were placed on the left but still included in new armchair arrangement, in other words nearer the window, it would balance the TV near the other window... like i said, experiment and have fun!

You could try a larger entertainment unit with with shelves or bookcases that go vertically about 7 feet. Fill the shelves with interesting objects and books.

It might be a good idea to look into a longer, lower TV console. We also might suggest some plants, lamps, or baskets on either side of the console. Please see this image of a design we did, it might help you move forward.
