It's difficult to see the leaves clearly, it's not Anemone quinquefolia or Anemonoides nemorosa. It has to be Rue Anemone, Thalictrum thalictroides, because of the number of petal-like sepals. Some of the leaves look more deeply cut, like False Rue Anemone, Enemion biternatum, but the blurry photo might be making them appear that way. They might be 2 leaves close together that look like only 1 deeply cut leaf. The fact that there are 6 sepals makes it Thalictrum thalictroides, because False Rue Anemone, Enemion biternatum always has only 5 petal-like,(petaloid) sepals. Wood Anemone is Anemone quinquefolia and has leaves of 3 leaflets, with 2 of the leaflets deeply cut, to make it appear as 5 leaflets, hence the name. The common names are all similar and are often misused. Anemonoides quinquefolia is a synonym, as is Anemonanthea quinquefolia, and Thalictrum thalictroides has gone by Anemonella thalictroides and Anemone thalictroides.
