Flood lights seem to work best. 5 Daylight 40 watt bulbs are better than 2 daylight 100 watt bulbs. The lights come in at 5 different angle instead of 2 and every leaf can get light.

I absolutely love the telescoping head natural light LED, long light head type. They just work really well. Some have adjustable light levels for both lower light and higher light plants. I have two for my whole grow area and they keep the plants happy all winter.
