Sounds like the chemicals need to be adjusted. Is your pool builder taking care of that?

I looked up your plaster/color. I used PebbleTec in a similar color and my water is light blue. It looks darker in photos.

Yeah, our pool turned light green after it had been fine for a month or so. Turned out to be a problem with the pool panel that tripped and shut off the equipment! We didn't notice till the pool was green and had been off for several days, maybe even a week. It took a few days to get back to light blue.

Maybe the equipment is not working correctly? I would escalate to the pool builder, who I assume is doing the warranty work for the equipment he installed? My pool cleaner isn't involved with malfunctioning equipment, only cleaning and chemical.

One week is not a long time for a new pool to adjust so make sure you keep testing the chemical level.
