Sometimes a super narrow piece of tile looks worse than a space filled with grout. Can you see this when you're not stooping with your head sort of under the cabinet? If not, this will probably visually dissappear once you begin using your kitchen with your new backsplash

That looks like you would need a 1/4” piece of tile. Tile that small just shatters. Once the kitchen has ‘stuff’ in it you will never see this spot.

Install under cab lighting behind a light rail. You’ll never see it.

My tile is like that, it has never bother me.

A bit sloppy. Not understanding why the installer could not cut tile pieces; a wet saw can handle this without issue.

The only reason you see that is because you're sticking your head under the cabinets looking for it. Stand at a normal height and you'll never see it - neither will anyone else.

Stop looking for issues or you will make yourself crazy .
