My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

No, no to a step up or down in outside building. Had 4 missteps!

    Always a reason for the elevation change.

    On the upper terrace level there is a pool house with washer & dryer, bath and shower.

    The interior kitchen has a dishwasher too all of which goes back to the sanitation system at the

    house.

    Obviously the step down out of the kitchen is an exension from the step out of the back door.

    It was out of necessity and with the upper level outdoor fireplace the elevations work out well.

    Being a mountainside retreat we were challenged and it turned out to be more than well recepted by the owners.
