Fresh Painted Dresser rained on - help!

13 years ago
I painted a small ikea dresser yesterday and left it out overnight to dry with the intention of poly coating it today. A rain shower came through while I was out this morning. It rained for about 10 minutes. I brought it in to dry. Its not soaked but is damp and it looks like the paint is blistering in some spots.

How do I proceed?
