your backsplash looks a little busy for the countertop you have chosen.

I would go with a simple white tile to add texture without adding more color.

a subway stacked, a diamond, hex, something small but neutral with a matching grout for a timeless clean look... not to mention, brighten under the cabinet.

Context is key, wait until the cabinets and tops are installed. Lighting, floor's, surrounding wall colors, etc., etc., will all effect the way this all ties together

Agree with millworkman to wait until the kitchen is installed. Then post a new thread with photos asking for help picking the backsplash.

How big is your kitchen and the area you want to tile? How far up the walls does it go? Context can help a lot in figuring this out. I'm not a fan of your tile. It is really busy. You have beautiful and interesting counters and cabinets so you'd want a backsplash that is a neutral bridge between the two. If you had very boring counters and cabinets you would need tile as a focal point but that is not the case here. Neutral colors that complement the counter,
