I'm replacing an old 25 year old bathroom vanity & im worried what it will look like like under there after all these years to put in a " console " sink ? Will it be ok to jus have them rip it out & jus replace t or will alot of work will be needed? The house was in a fire so it's being replaced by the insurance company but I'm not sure do I know the painting well I know I'll need to do that butIf it looks bad back there I don't know if they would fix it Are the Kingston brass console sinks hard to install ? Also would it look OK in a small gas bathroom it's not a 1/2 bath so not even sure on that you for any information
