I would like to add a bit more seating around my small pool deck. I am thinking of putting a chaise lounge along empty wall between the two planters. However, I have dark brown wicker set with umbrella in corner and a whitewash Adirondack placed under rose arbor, so I’m not sure what style chaise (wicker/wood/metal?) or color (dark brown or whitewash) to choose. I am leaning toward dark brown wicker with cushion to match cushions on my wicker set.

Also, I wish I had two chairs under rose arbor to make it more inviting but afraid it may look too crowded. My husband and I are only residents but often have family and kids over for a swim or visit and would like some advice for a more inviting but not crowded look.

BTW, these photos were taken in the morning. By noon, the sun is on the deck full time until late afternoon when we have lovely shade on the pool and deck. Thanks!
