I assume you're saying it's 8'6" because of the wardrobe on the one wall? A 48" vanity is not wide enough for two sinks, but it is a great size for one. Hopefully you don't have to move the toilet from its current position for the new floorplan as that is the most expensive fixture to move.

Hire an actual kitchen and bath designer. The measured drawings and design knowledge displayed do not reflect a professional background. That is an undoable and unpleasant to use diagram.

Are there no walls that define actual closets?

What about centering the bed on the window and adding an actual closet as shown? (In my area, at least, a closet is required for a legal bedroom.) That frees the newly-opened space to be entirely bathroom. Here are two variants of one layout option, one using a standard 48" neo-angle shower base and the other a custom size. (I've assumed the toilet has to stay where it is but the other elements can move.)

You can't have two sinks on a 48" vanity. Even 60" is on the small side.

And as mentioned, you can't call it a bedroom if you don't have an actual closet.

In my area, the local authority will accept any room with a smoke detector and an egress window as a bedroom. The closet requirement is an MLS and financing requirement. I had one project where previous owner had removed a bedroom closet to enlarge the bathroom.  We fastened a wardrobe closet to the wall which met the requirement for permanent clothing storage.  Partial height closets over a stairwell or underneath a pitched roof also fulfill the requirement. If financing or resale is not an issue,  a freestanding wardrobe is fine.

In smaller bathrooms, I prefer a single sink with more counter space. I find wide shallow cupboards can be a good alternative to a single deep linen cabinet.
