This rug is handmade by a Persian tribe in Pakistan- a community set up to help refugees settle in a new country with schools and housing. The rug is handwoven, the colors using ancient dye methods. There is no child labor used. The rug is thirty years old. To get a similar rug you would have to find them from companies that specialize in selling vintage and antique rugs or perhaps from sites like 1st Dibs or Chairish.
