Duct work if it's flex is under extreme shortage if you can find it at all. If you opt for other duct methods as in sheet metal the price is even more crazy... so it's far easy right now to just say "sorry I don't do that, click"

You can then cross refernce it those listed on the Better Business Bureau list. Read the reviews and try to figure out which are real or fake.

I imagine Andover has many old homes with boilers and no central air conditioning. You have to find contractors who work on forced hot air systems and know how to bend metal to make a duct. This is the busiest time of the year and we have had usually cold weather. Contractors are over whelmed with work and may not want to go beyond their service area.

Just my opinion but I don't find the Better Business Bureau to be a useful organization to use. Not for any purpose or situation.

I'd ask neighbors (and even local sites like Next Door) to learn of the experiences good and bad of other homeowners in your area.
