My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

A great grandson, age 3, playing hide and seek at my house. My favorite picture of the year!

    Both pictures are so sweet! Those are keepers for those children to remember those moments. I made each of my two an "invisibility" cloak after the first Harry Potter movie came out. I used the metallic confetti dot costume fabric in silver and gold. My kids believed we could not see them when they were wearing...so much fun and imagination they had! unfortunately, I could not locate a picture :-(
