Barbara, I'm in a similar situation in that I'm looking at having to divide and repot quite a few hostas come early spring and what I have usually done with larger clumps is to wash off as much of the medium as possible with a hard spray so as to make sure I'm left with firm, white roots and have the center section with dead roots easily visible so I can easily identify the best places to make division cuts. The divisions then go into smaller pots to be sold off and the largest one will go back into the original container.

break them apart.. pick the nicest pieces.. and repot in fresh media ..

then try to figure out what to do with the other 75% of what you took out of the pot ... you are going to have a lot of left overs

and of course.. a lot of garbage you wouldnt wish on anyone ... any friend anyway ..

bought myself some crab for the new year...

can i grill/reheat them from frozen on my weber gas grill ... they are fully cooked and hard as rocks.. weird shaped rocks ...

you only have a few hours to get me an answer .. lol ...

already have the lemon .. garlic and butter ... might splurge on some corn on the cob ...

ps: i also dont understand why you would butter/oil and flavor the outside of the shells ... sounds slippery dangerous.. and just stupid... flavor cant get thru those shells can it??? .. im presuming you arent going to answer before i screw it up.. soooo.. for next time ...
