We have not flooded, but the torrential rains that lasted over a week here in Northern California did bring water up closer to our back patio door than it ever has in 34 years living in this house. Our gutters could also not keep up, and water gushed over the top. It was crazy!

The areas of town that always flood did flood. No new areas flooded locally that I’m aware of.

I’m anticipating that lots of my bulbs are goners. El Niño many years ago dwindled 200 bulbs planted to fewer than 40 that ever bloomed again.

Has your mud situation improved?

Yes, much less muddy due to temps ranging 40-55F!! Usually in February the ground rarely thaws. Now it’s almost dry.
