My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I hate the fireplace, specifically the liner. Can you give any details on fireplace? Thanks!

    The exterior is all metal stud framed with stucco mud framed for the exterior. But, if you want to do an interior fireplace - the fireplace can be wood or metal stud framed with drywall and mud over the top. The interior is a firebrick thin sliced in a herringbone pattern.
