what is your question? The rendition has the siding vertical but actual house is horizontal

I would choose a siding company first. It will narrow down your choices of colors.

1. Smartsiding and Hardiboard are good to start with.

2. Hover app also links to siding companies and colors from each company are there to plug in on yor exterior.

3. Definitely pull up some inspiration pics like ones on Houzz or online and see which style and color you prefer.

I'm in the Seattle area and was told by the contractor that Hardie is the most common choice in this area. I've seen a hundred photos that inspire but translating to a tri level house that is neither modern or transitional looking has me a bit stumped. The Hover app only seems to allow me to put on one directional siding and one color at a time so it hasn't allowed me to attempt anything with interest or flare. Thank you for your feedback!

Well IMO keep the finishes on the exterior narrowed to 2 . What was the reason for this style ? IMO it looks confused so that is probably why you are confused . Where is your architect with proper elevations showing ideas . I love MCM but this is not that sorry but just a real mess of design so now reign it in and keep the rest simple .
