looking for help ordering windows

Hello, hoping for some help in window sizing
On my architectural drawings, the window is listed as 2846. I know that translates to 32inch by 54inch, but when I order the windows, do I order the window that size or is that the rough opening and the window will be 31.5 x 53.5? TIA!
