vanity specs to allow trough sink to fit?

excellent retrofit! are there specific vanity types needed so a trough sink will fit? all boxes ive seen have cutouts for 2 sinks, so the middle section would interfere.

Thank you! The vanity is a 48" vanity, so only set up for a single sink. In this case, we had to cut out some of the rails for the sink to fit. The top 3 drawers do not operate either as they were cut out for the sink.
