About 5-6” above the sofa. It can also look best when the art is about 2/3 to 3/4 the sofa’s length, and maybe a little taller in your case. Not a pro, just my own preference. See what they say.

artwork center at eye level... often 60-65 inches off the floor...

look at the image as if you were looking into a mirror (see your face centered)

    pleasing to the eye level.

I think these are too small for over a sofa. Step back and get an image of the whole wall.

Maybe add something to the grouping? or hange these stacked on another wall? https://utrdecorating.com/blogs/news/hanging-pictures-above-a-sofa

I agree that the art is a bit small for the space. People tend to be afraid to go bigger with some items. If you hang them higher, they are going to look even smaller, just floating halfway between the sofa and ceiling.

Examples with larger art or more pieces ... these spaces would look very different with small undersized art.

I would get larger wall art or go with gallery as suggested above.

This might be helpful regarding hanging art on a wall with or without furniture below it.

    Bare Walls

A good rule of thumb is to hang art so that its midpoint is between 57 and 60 inches from the floor. Aim for the lower end of the range if most members of your household are on the short side; in rooms with ceilings higher than eight feet, art can be hung a little higher than 60 inches off the floor. Once you pick the midpoint, stick with it for consistency. For a grouping of works, simply envision the collection as one piece of art.

    Over Furniture

The only other exception to this rule comes into play when you're framing the art over furniture. When placing art over a sofa or headboard, for instance, it should span roughly two-thirds of the width of the furniture piece. Hang art so that the bottom of the frame is 6 to 8 inches above the furniture piece; the art should be visually connected to it, not floating high above it.

Can ypu post a pic from further back . I like the art I do not think it is too low but it would be nice to just see the space . Post the pic here in a comment do not start another post . i would probably wan the wall to be the blue from the art.

those pictures are too small for that spot.

this size would look better, although from that photo, it's hard to say.

It would be nice if we could see the entire space/wall area.

this is better sized. (from what I can see)

as stated, 4-6" above the back of the sofa, and the length should be 2/3rds the size of the sofa.

I think 8-12 inches is too much.

    you need bigger pics.

this one has a high ceiling. go to two larger prints if it's a better fit

It looks like the current artwork you have is either too small or you will need more pieces. We have added images of artwork in our clients homes to help you more.
